Biden Did Not Fire Ducklo

Biden doesn't lead by example. He's led around by his handlers/caretakers.
The individuals in charge of the presidency definitely blew it on the no tolerance for talking down to others and showing disrespect. Initially, TJ Ducklo was given a slap on the wrist as his punishment. Of course, it took two weeks before Ducklo's outrageous behavior was even addressed.
The Biden regime had no intention of holding Ducklo accountable until the matter became a problem for them politically.
So sleazy.
