I know what I heard, but I have no idea what he was trying to say.

What’s crazy is Dems say this is ableist because Joe has a stutter

But I keep pouring over his old videos and it seems like he could always speak perfectly

I can’t seem to find a consistent stutter or mumble until recently

That's the thing. Biden did not use to have issues with stuttering.
I want to see Biden do a legitimate press conference and be pummeled mercilessly the way President Trump was by "reporters." No questions in advance. No opportunities for rehearsed answers.
I don't know if he could survive it.
