Vaccinate the Elderly First

Those most susceptible to becoming severely ill from the virus should receive the vaccine first. With COVID-19, the elderly are most vulnerable. We know that.
Race is irrelevant. The elderly, regardless of skin color, should be vaccinated first because they are most likely to die if they become infected.
