The allegedly strong, vigorous Biden has been told by his handlers he shouldn't throw out the opening day first pitch at the Nationals game.
Biden is in a state of serious physical and cognitive decline.
I'm sure his dramatic three-fall up Air Force One's stairs spooked Biden's handlers/caregivers.
