The president of the United States must address the people. He must be heard.
If Biden can't handle it, he shouldn't be president.
That's why his basement campaign was such an affront to our system.
If Biden's appearances must be managed so carefully and he needs assistance to communicate, he's an illegitimate president. Clearly, he's not the executive in charge of the Executive Branch.
