Biden's First Prime Time Address

Biden will struggle and stumble trying to read a teleprompter on Thursday before a prime time audience. This is supposed to be a big deal?
Obviously, the Biden regime and the Democrat Cabal are taking note how bad it looks for Biden to be desperately avoiding holding an unscripted press conference and refusing to deliver a State of the Union address.
The White House is trying to make this "first prime time address" something special. It's not. In fact, it serves to highlight Biden's unacceptable absence in areas he belongs. He is shirking his duties as president.
What's the goal here?
How long will Biden's handlers/caregivers attempt to keep up the charade that he's president?
A year? Two?
I don't think that's manageable.
