Biden created a crisis by reversing President Trump's policies and inviting illegal immigrants to "SURGE" our border.
CNN reports, "The President's use of the 'crisis' label doesn't represent the administration's official position."
We all know Biden doesn't speak for the current administration. He may be president but he does not state the official position.
Good grief.
