Biden Struggles With Stairs Again

What's with the overnight bag or whatever that is?
Was he given the bag to help with his balance, because holding the umbrella in one hand would throw off his equilibrium?
Biden needs to hold the railing when he climbs up or down stairs. He's a frail old man. It's too risky to let him attempt the stairs without assistance. Biden's handlers/caregivers are not looking out for him.
Maybe they gave him the bag and the umbrella hoping he'd fall to help make the case for his removal from office.
