This is not Gillibrand's first problem with words and their meaning.
When she was running for president, she referred to herself as a "young mom."
At the time she made that statement, in 2019, she was 52 years old.
If she doesn't know what "young" means, then she can't be expected to understand the meaning of "infrastructure."
