Biden is just babbling. What a rambling mess!

The people calling the shots for the Biden Regime realize they need to address the fact that Americans are being paid not to work. They drag Biden out to say that people offered a job will not receive unemployment benefits. That's unenforceable.
They have no intention of stripping unemployment benefits from anyone. They want control. They want cheap immigrant labor.
