California Loses Population

JUST IN: California records first annual population decrease in state history, down 0.46% from last year - The Hill

The Democrats destroyed the state. Californians are abandoning the place. Illegal immigrants may still be flooding to California, but not American citizens.
Bad leadership has consequences.
Can a new governor turn the state around?
That would be a monumental feat.
