Julian Khater - Political Prisoner

Julian Khater had been behind bars since March. He’s accused of spraying Sicknick with pepper spray. DC Appellate Court upholds DOJ/DC District pre-trial detention order because anyone who “attacks” cops should be in jail before trial.
