After a reporter asked Biden a question, Biden looked at his notes and said, “I thought the question was…”

Is Biden being given questions from the media beforehand?!
One corporate press stenographer changed up his pre-approved question. Biden literally answered, "I thought the question was," before attempting to answer the new question.

Insane. Clown regime stuff.
The NPR reporter attempts to clarify:When you wonder why “president” Joe Biden has a list of reporters to call on, here’s the answer 👇 ALL THE QUESTIONS ARE PRE-APPROVED and the answers are scripted!

Relying on a list of reporters is ridiculous. President Trump never depended on a list like that. He'd answer questions for an hour or more. Whether or not questions are submitted in advance to Biden's handlers, Biden cannot answer questions from the press. How can he possibly hold discussions or negotiations with world leaders? The scripted, staged stuff doesn't help Biden. It doesn't assist him in appearing strong. It reveals him as weak. Biden can't pronounce the reporters' names and he looks around the room, lost, trying to locate them. It's a mess. When an alleged commander-in-chief is unable to handle the press, there's a problem.I'm as shocked as you are that there's disinformation zooming around the webs, but I did not submit any questions to anyone beforehand, or know I'd be called on. Biden saying "I thought the question was..." was bc I was following up on something he'd answered to someone earlier.
