DeSantis Destroys Biden's 'Governor Who?'

Yesterday, Democrats/Leftists/Marxists elevated Biden's "Governor who?" response to a reporter's questions about Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to the pinnacle of wit.
While they delighted in Biden's alleged mockery, I thought it simply may have been yet another instance of Biden's cognitive decline. "Who? Governor? Huh?"
Whatever the actual meaning of Biden's drivel, if any, Gov. DeSantis gave a terrific response.
