More Children Shot in Chicago Than Died of COVID in US

Chicago is a mess.

In 2021 so far, 214 minors under the age of 18 have died of the coronavirus across America, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
According to the CDC and the American Association of Pediatrics, children made up just 0 percent to 0.27 percent of all coronavirus deaths in the states reporting data, with seven states reporting zero child deaths.
In comparison, Chicago police told Fox 32 Chicago that at least 261 juveniles have been shot in the city this year so far. 41 of the child victims passed away due to the fatal injuries sustained, authorities reported. Advertisement
According to Outkick, more children have died from shootings in Chicago than children across Illinois have died from COVID-19. It is reported that just 15 children have died due to COVID-19 in the state since the pandemic began.

Lori Lightfoot and other Democrat leaders fail their constituents. Voters don't have to tolerate their failed policies. Vote them out. Save lives.
