Biden Forgets His Defense Secretary's Name Again

Biden cannot remember Lloyd Austin's name. Back in March, Biden couldn't do it. He also couldn't name the Pentagon.
What's Biden's problem with Lloyd Austin? Is Biden racist, a white supremacist? Does he not respect Austin enough to learn his name?
I don't think so. I think Biden's problems stem from his cognitive decline/dementia.
Maybe if he studied flash cards with the names of his Cabinet it might help him. Maybe worksheets matching names to pictures would help.
