This scripted press conference was an embarrassment. Biden flipping through his binder to find answers his handlers prepared for him made him look weaker and more frail than ever.
Biden was mess in terms of substance and presentation. He wasn't in command. He struggled to get out the lies he spent days rehearsing.
Biden is mentally unfit to serve as president of the United States.
