The Biden regime successfully orchestrated Breyer's retirement. The Democrats/Marxists understandably want to change the subject and deflect from Biden's horrific performance as president.
In the meantime, Americans are suffering in their everyday lives under the Biden regime.
A Supreme Court vacancy and jabbering about it doesn't shift that reality.
