What good is this sort of "suspension"? What does it accomplish?
It's so childish. It's a weird, little time-out. Goldberg was naughty and now must be off the air for two weeks.
What's the point?
Question: Why is Whoopi Goldberg being cut slack?

I don’t want to see people get fired over saying dumb shit. But what about Sharon Osborne? What about Rosanne Barr? What about Gina Carano?
