Kamala Harris in Romania - Ignores Inflation, Gas Question

Kamala Harris is a disaster.
Why would she look to the president of Romania, Klaus Iohannis, to answer a question posed to her about Americans suffering from the Biden regime's horrific inflation and gas prices?
When he obviously suggests she answer, she completely ignores the question, like she didn't hear it or understand it.
If Harris was choosing to only answer questions related to Russia's war on Ukraine, she should have at least acknowledged what the reporter said instead of rambling like an idiot.
Moreover, it's impossible for the Biden regime to pretend inflation and gas prices aren't directly related to the war, when THEY BLAME INFLATION AND GAS PRICES ON PUTIN AND HIS WAR.
