Biden says "the last outfit" didn't think ahead. In fact, Obama and Biden and Democrat governors didn't think ahead in terms of pandemic planning and allowing China to hold us hostage in terms of the production of goods.
Of course, Biden needs more money. Democrats always "need" more of your money.
