Most of the elderly in this country are on fixed incomes and can't afford an "electric vehicle."
Stabenow whines about the "whims of the oil companies." She's so clueless that she doesn't comprehend Americans are pissed off by the "whims" of her radical Democrat elite buddies, forcing pain on the hard-working American people.
