How can he read the teleprompter and turn 2018 into 1918?
It's clear that Biden doesn't comprehend what he says when reading or he would never say the shooting in Parkland took place in 1918.
It's absurd to even entertain the idea that the Big Guy will run in 2024. Biden does not belong in the White House now.
Biden is not running the country.
