6. When you look at the rules changes already agreed to, these 19 members should declare victory and move on. They leave McCarthy vulnerable to removal should he go rogue. Yet, it is they who've gone rogue.

8. As for these 19 members, are they more solid conservatives than Jordan, Banks, Donalds, Massie, McClintock, Palmer, Mooney, etc., etc.? No, in fact, most of they are utterly unknown backbenchers.
