I know that for a lot of Republicans on the Hill their dream is to cut Social Security and Medicare.

Well, let me say this.

First of all, Biden is a decrepit old man with dementia. He's weak. He can't speak coherently. He can't read. He can't comprehend. He's personally incapable of being anyone's nightmare in terms of a political fight.
Second, REPUBLICANS ARE NOT DREAMING OF CUTTING SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE.
Apparently, the person or persons responsible for writing this tweet for Biden think Democrat voters are incredibly gullible.
