Biden is not a 'night owl.'
Does anyone believe Biden is physically capable of being awake past 8:00 PM without the aid of whatever drugs they pump into him?
If we're supposed to be impressed by Biden, the president of the United States, trying to read a statement off a teleprompter at 9:00 AM, that is about as low as the bar can get.
