Fauci Lied to Congress While Under Oath

The former Director of National Intelligence agrees with the former CDC Director that Dr. Anthony Fauci lied to Congress under oath about funding gain-of-function research at the Wuhan lab:

Is it OK to lie to Congress while under oath? Can that be done with impunity?
That, of course, would make testimony a joke. But, if that's the new rule, it should be applied to all.
