Surge of Chinese Nationals at Border

NEW: A @TxDPS trooper encountered a group of 30 Chinese nationals walking along a road near Roma, TX in the Rio Grande Valley. How did they get to our southern border? Are these people seeking asylum from the genocidal CCP? At least their desire for asylum would be legitimate.
Would China welcome a surge of Americans to take up residence there and provide all necessary services for them?
No way.
