Before Biden left the stage, what did handler/caregiver Jill give him? She reached into her pocket and gave Biden something that he popped into his mouth. What was it? A pill? A cough drop? A Tic Tac? A treat for being a good boy?
Whatever it was, isn't Biden capable of managing his own pill/cough drop/Tic Tac/treat?
Obviously not.
