It's possible that Biden is too incapacited cognitively to understand he doesn't have the power to grab $500 billion from American taxpayers and buy votes by handing over $10,000 - $20,000 to those with student loans.
It's also possible that Biden fully understands he's waging war on hard-working Americans for political purposes. He doesn't mind abusing them because he doesn't care about their struggles.
