Biden really behaved terribly during his visit with King Charles. He can't follow directions and nonverbal cues. He's shuffling around, barely able to walk.
Charles was in the embarrassing position of needing to physically rein in Biden and prop him up.
Biden made Gavin Newsom's day. Xi and Putin also probably enjoyed the spectacle.
