John Kerry is concerned about the war in Ukraine's impact on climate change. What a compassionate guy!
Bombs may damage septic tanks and that would be bad for the climate. Nonetheless, he fully supports the war.
Apparently, Kerry is willing to give the war in Ukraine a pass when it comes to the climate. He's the decider.
