Luke Combs, Tracy Chapman, and 'Fast Car'

However much you hate the media, you don't hate them enough.

Tracy Chapman was first inspired to pick up a guitar watching the show "Hee Haw", maybe the most "country" show in the last 50 years of network television.

I saw Tracy Chapman perform at Alpine Valley, opening for Bob Dylan. "Fast Car" was recognized as a great song decades ago. She received accolades for it at the time. It's still a great song, as the Luke Combs cover proves.
I'm sick of people trying to rewrite history. Emily Yahr, entertainment reporter for The Washington Post, doesn't know what the hell she's talking about.
