Biden cares so much about Hawaii that he's spending a week on vacation in Lake Tahoe with no plans to visit it.

If Oprah Winfrey can run around Maui with a camera crew, certainly Biden can make a carefully staged visit without disrupting rescue and recovery efforts.
The optics are Biden doesn't give a rat's ass about suffering Americans.
When is the alledgedly compassionate Biden going to visit the people of East Palestine? No time?
