Biden's Embarrassing Performance at UN

Naturally, Biden embarrassed himself during his address to the UN General Assembly.
He mumbled and bumbled his way through his remarks.
He shouts in an attempt to sound like a strong leader, but that delivery just reveals him to be the senile coot that he is.
Biden can't read. Biden can't speak. Biden can't walk. He can lie. As Biden detereorates before our eyes, he has held on to his ability to lie. That probably will be the last to go.
