Why now? EVERYTHING the Biden DOJ does has a political purpose.

Perhaps the Menendez indictment was dropped today to take attention off the border.

It's certainly awkward given the millions the Biden Crime Family has pocketed.

If this is meant to show that the DOJ treats Democrats like Republicans and there is not a two-tiered justice system, it doesn't.
