Special Counsel Robert Hur's report has been released.

Yet Biden will not be charged.

Although Biden's illegal possession and mishandling of classified documents "risked serious damage to America's national security," he won't be charged.
Why? Because Biden is so senile that a jury wouldn't convict him.
