This is a very polite exchange. The ex-New Yorker probably realizes the police have video of him damaging the truck and he has no way out. He admits he did felony damage because the truck owner's "Let's Go Brandon" bumper sticker infuriated him.
I hope after being arrested he learns that throwing a criminal hissy fit has consequences. I wonder if this is the first time he has damaged property in this manner. My guess would be no.
Florida is not New York, buddy.
