This is insanity.

I’ve tried many jury trials in my day. You give jurors paper instructions every time.

How are 12 jurors supposed to remember the elements necessary for each of the 34 felony counts?

I hope there is a decent person on the jury who understands the importance of our justice system to the foundation of our country. I hope at least one person is principled enough to not let this travesty play out the way Biden and our corrupt government have planned.
It is nauseating. Yes, our democracy does hang in the balance. President Trump and his supporters don't pose a threat. The country is under assault by Biden and the Trump-haters so enraged, so power hungry, and so self-centered that they are willing to upend our system of justice.
I don't know how this sort of abomination can end well. All the abuses of power that have occurred to take out President Trump really are directed at us. I can't stand what these deranged people are doing.
