Sammy Teusch

This is unspeakably sad. It's heartbreaking.

Do the teachers and the school staff feel guilty about failing to help little Sammy and his family? Do they feel some responsibility for failing to address the bullying that resulted in his death? I hope so, but I doubt they do.

And the bullies, the thugs, the merciless tormentors of this little boy, do they understand that what they did to him was cruel and inhumane? Do they understand the way they tortured him was evil? Do the parents of these bullies feel responsible for raising these twisted children with such blackened souls? I hope so, but I doubt they do.

Have the bullies who preyed on this 10-year-old little boy, and the teachers and staff who permitted the unforgivable abuse to go on come to realize that their actions and/or inactions pushed Sammy to take his own life?

Their role in making Sammy's life unbearable should haunt them for the rest of their lives. That's assuming they have a conscience.
