A group of five to six kids just starting doing donuts and creating skid marks on the Pride Mural. Right in front of me as we’re reporting on three people getting arrested for doing the same thing last night.@KHQLocalNews pic.twitter.com/FMXGAg77fx

When you paint a "mural" on a street with traffic, it's not going to remain pristene. The street isn't private property. It's a taxpayer-funded thoroughfare. Maybe it's not a good idea to allow "murals" to be painted on public streets.3 teens are facing felony charges after they made marks on a Pride mural. They were charged with “malicious mischief” - a Class B felony in WA.

“Free speech" when people burn the American flag but a criminal offense if someone makes marks on a Pride flag. pic.twitter.com/hVmB2NP1SZ
Here’s a video I dug up that trans activist Eli Erlick posted, burning the American Flag.

This is “freedom of expression” but making tire marks on a pride crosswalk will land you in jail with felony charges.
