Biden has had dementia since he was installed as president. Granted, his mental and physical condition has continued to deteriorate throughout his hoax of a presidency. Still, Biden has always been puppet in the White House. Now that Biden's puppet masters no longer have the skill and the cooperative Regime Media to keep the fraud going, they're ready to toss Biden aside.
Joe Scarborough and the Democrats don't care about Biden. They care about power. Don't believe for one minute that they're looking out for the demented Big Guy. It seems that even those in Biden's ever-shrinking inner circle are coming to terms with the fact that Biden is being shown the door and there is nothing they can do about it.
