Biden still seems to be suffering from jet lag and the rigors of his travel schedule. Maybe his cold is still giving him problems. Maybe he's still thrown off from President Trump "shouting" at him during the debate. Whatever the reason, he looks terrible.
Biden's puppet masters thought they could keep him in the basement and keep the hoax alive. He clearly can't handle simple, highly scripted campaign events. His unscripted remarks are disastrous. Biden can't do this stuff anymore.
Shame on Jill Biden.
