A reporter wants to know if it will be a "real big boy press conference"?
Of course not.
Biden can't answer questions. His dementia is too advanced. If it's not a scripted event with pre-screened questions and answers prepared for the Big Guy, he cannot do it.
Biden cannot do big boy stuff.
