Someone should tell him that Kamala did in fact run and did not win.

She didn't. What is he talking about?
Biden would not have beaten President Trump. Obviously, Kamala Harris ran and did not beat him.
Americans rejected both Biden and Harris, as well as the Democrats and their disastrous policies. Biden, to the extent that he has control of faculties and experiences moments of lucidity, will have to deal with that.
