But when he's asked about it by actual journalists, he deflects, says he's "just a comedian" and refuses to answer.

When Bill Burr presents his political views on The View and The Tonight Show, he doesn't appear to consider his opinions to be those of a "dancing clown." Burr uses his status as a comedian to avoid explaining himself.
