Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez was found guilty Monday of raping and murdering Rachel Morin on the Ma & Pa Heritage Trail in 2023, with the jury taking just over an hour to convict him. Victor Antonio Martinez-Hernandez, convicted rapist and murderer of Rachel Morin, was in the country illegally. This rapist and killer should not have been here to prey on Americans.
Rachel Morin should be alive today.
