Kristi Noem is the Secretary of Homeland Security. Leftist media repeatedly refer to her as "Barbie," to belittle her.
It's particularly disturbing that she was called "Barbie" when she was rushed to the hospital.
The mean girls shtick reflects very poorly on those utilizing it. They aren't elevating themselves. They're hurting themselves far more than Kristi Noem.
