What a load! This is pure racist Leftist rich person drivel.
The overwhelming majority of Americans don't have the money or the time to "be mindful" of the designers of their clothes.
If they did have the money to buy clothes from designers of color, it would be racist to avoid "white-owned brands." Imagine a white person suggesting people avoid "black-owned brands." That would be considered offensive and racist, and rightly so.
Why not simply buy clothes you like, items that are comfortable, fit well, and look flattering?
