Another activist judge rules to harm the people.
American taxpayers should not be subsidizing junk food. People receiving SNAP benefits should not be permitted to abuse those benefits.
As Secretary Kennedy says, "SNAP was created to fight hunger and improve nutrition, not to subsidize the chronic disease epidemic."
